Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped (or any fruit of your choice)

Directions

  • Prepare the strawberries:
  • Wash and chop the strawberries into small pieces. Set aside.
  • Whip the cream:
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream with an electric mixer on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form. This should take about 3-5 minutes.
  • Combine the ingredients:
  • Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk into the whipped cream using a spatula. Be careful not to deflate the whipped cream.
  • Once well combined, fold in the chopped strawberries.
  • Freeze the mixture:
  • Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or any freezer-safe container. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Cover with plastic wrap or a lid and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely frozen.

Notes

  • You can substitute strawberries with any other fruit of your choice like blueberries, raspberries, or even chocolate chips.
